At Herbs & Roots, we take great pride in providing high-quality products crafted with care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

Exceptions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will be happy to offer a replacement or store credit upon verification of the issue.
  • Incorrect Order: In the rare event you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
